How will I get paid?
CASH, we understand that you might need instant access to money today so we pay cash, up to any amount. We also offer alternative forms of payment such as Wire, Cashiers Check or Check if you prefer. Note: Please bring a valid ID with you to your appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
Fast! Most appointments take an average of 10-15 minutes to authenticate, offer and pay you. We schedule appointments throughout the day, so that you can get in and out.
What if i’m not sure if my Rolex or watch is real?
We can instantly authenticate your Rolex or watch via text message (808) 465-9204. Please send a clear photo of the front and back of the watch. If the watch looks authentic, we can schedule an in-person appointment to further authenticate and make an offer on your watch.
How should i prepare my watch for my appointment?
Most importantly, do not polish your watch. Polishing your watch incorrectly can lower your offer amount. If you have any boxes, paperwork or extra links, those will be important as they will increase your offer. If you have any questions prior to your appointment you can call/text us at (808) 465-9204.
